Sophie is a Strategic Communications Manager with a background in media relations, crisis communications, and positive storytelling. 

At Crosscut, Sophie creates and executes impactful communications strategies for clients in the health care and nonprofit sectors. 

Prior to joining Crosscut, Sophie worked at strategic communications firm Vision360 Partners, where she managed media relations for global events, helped clients navigate high-profile litigation and regulatory scrutiny, effectively promoted initiatives for trade associations, and implemented successful public affairs campaigns. She previously interned for EMILY’s List, Congresswoman Pramila Jayapal, and a gubernatorial campaign in Maryland. 

A Seattle native, Sophie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a minor in Communications from American University.
