Einav Tsach
With a background in advocacy, campaign management, and nonprofit leadership, Einav is passionate about leveraging communications to drive positive change.
Before joining Crosscut, Einav represented nearly 200,000 students as a voting member of the Board of Directors of Hillel International, the world’s largest Jewish campus organization, serving as Student Cabinet Co-Chair. He has also worked as a researcher in the documentary division of Channel 12 News, Israel’s most-watched news channel. In that role, he helped produce an award-winning, three-episode primetime series analyzing the Jewish-American vote ahead of the 2024 presidential election.
Einav graduated magna cum laude from the University of Maryland with degrees in journalism and international business and a minor in Jewish studies. As a student, he led the Jewish community’s response to rising campus antisemitism, organizing advocacy events and managing the communications strategy for three student government campaigns. He was recognized by the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) with the Levenson Family Defender of Democracy award.
