Andrew Looney

Andrew is an Associate at Crosscut with a background in marketing and digital content creation.

At Crosscut, Andrew’s work focuses on supporting clients’ communications strategies across various platforms in the healthcare, health technology, and medical innovation spaces, as well as working with leaders in public health and policy. Andrew is passionate about turning ideas into clear, engaging content for target audiences. His responsibilities include developing social media content and strategy; creating graphics, photo and video assets, and written materials; and contributing to broader communications and content planning efforts.

Prior to joining Crosscut, Andrew honed his marketing skills as a freelance marketing manager and content creator for multiple NASCAR teams, where he supported digital growth and brand storytelling projects. He previously worked as a marketing intern for a nonprofit entrepreneurship center focused on supporting small business development in rural Northeast Tennessee.

Originally from Abingdon, Virginia, Andrew earned a B.B.A. in Marketing with a focus in Entrepreneurship from East Tennessee State University.
