Caitlin Krutsick draws on her work as an analyst and writer at a top think tank to serve Crosscut clients.

Prior to joining Crosscut, Caitlin worked for five years at the Bipartisan Policy Center (BPC), a Washington D.C.-based think tank working to combine the best ideas from both parties. She spent four years as part of the organization’s public health policy team, where she conducted research and wrote white papers on issues related to social determinants of health and chronic disease. Most recently, she worked with BPC’s development team as a communications manager, creating content and messaging to convey the real-world impact of BPC’s work to donors and prospects.

In 2018, Caitlin spent time on the campaign trail working with the communications team to help elect Rep. Susan Wild (D-PA). Before working at BPC, she worked for Computer Sciences Corporation supporting a Navy contract, and in the office of Sen. Robert P. Casey Jr (D-PA).

Caitlin graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Franklin and Marshall College, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Political Management from The George Washington University.
